4x(5x400) at V02 max pace (1:31), equal rest between reps, 5 minutes between sets. Solid workout, never thought I could do 20x400. Got rough towards the end, but the intensity wasn't the hard part, the volume was. Average 1:29.6 for all 20, so well within the range of 88-91. Came very close to quitting after 17, even started walking to get water for about 10 seconds, very glad I pushed to get 20.
