6 shortened Anne-Elizabeth hills. Basically the same workout as last Monday, but with longer rest. Split: :51, :51, :52, :51, :50, :50. Took the rest fast on the first 2 then really slow on the last couple. Felt pretty good for such a fast day. Got better as the workout progressed, moved form the back to the middle of Green.
