Sleep: 7 hours. Night "longish" run on Super Root. Legs felt ok, but stomach felt kinda gross from poor eating all day. Super Root is kinda growing on me tbh, but it is not a great route to run anything more than 8 miles on. Got the miles in though at a decent pace so all is well.
