Notes
2x(2x400, 1000, 2x400) w/200 jog between reps and 5 minute between sets (~1:45 jog/3:45 walk). Split: (1:13.8, 1:12.8, 3:13.0, 1:13.6, 1:11.6), (1:09.5, 1:12.8, 3:09.9, 1:11.6, 1:07.2). Felt decent, nothing much aerobically, but a bit of a struggle to get moving the first set. Let loose a bit on the last 400, but nothing crazy. Good to move the legs faster than race pace on those 400s, but nothing crazy taxing.
