5x(800@5k, 300jog, 600@3k, 300jog). Split: (2:32.8, 1:50.9, (2:30.0, 1:50.6), (2:31.2, 1:49.4, (2:29.9, 1:48.7), (2:29.9, 1:49.0). Maybe like 20s of extra rest before the second to last 600 so ding could poop. Really solid work, foot felt fine all the way through. Quite tough, but I basically just sat on ding the whole way and he pulled me through. Guess I'm fitter than I thought.
