Notes

5x200 on the track. Ran 38.5, 39. 37, 37, 37. Really windy, and felt hard to get my legs moving fast. Toe bothered me on the first couple, but loosened up as I went along. Stopped at 5 because I could feel my glute starting to tighten up on me. Feel like I'm ready to run fast tomorrow.
