Combo workout. 10 minute tempo at NCHS (5:53), 7 minute rest to NCC, 2x800 @ 3200 (2.36.5) with 3 minute rest, 2x600 @1600 (1:51.5) with 3 minute rest, 2x300 @ 800 (felt it out) with 2 minutes rest. Tempo felt on pace, but we had to swing out into lane 8 so I really don't know (logged based on GPS which said 6:09 pace, although I know that is wrong). 800's were 2:41.5 and 2:35. Quite difficult to shift to 3200 pace after tempo and a long rest. Both felt way harder than they should have. 600's in 1:53.5, 1:51.8. Much the same as the 800's. Way more difficult than these usually feel. 300's were good, hit 50 and 49.5. Kind of a crappy workout overall. Legs were not feeling good, and mentally I wasn't as focused as I should be. I think I'm still feeling the effects of Saturday's workload, doubling was probably not the greatest idea I've ever had. Did 4x40yd after this as well (not logged).
