W workout. 2x (1200 @ 10k, 600 @ 5k, 300 @ 3k, 600 @ 5k), 1200 @ 10k w/300 rest. Split: 3:53.1, 1:52.5, 54.6, 1:53.2, 3:58.6, 1:50.0, 52.3, 1:49.6, 3:56.8. Solid effort mostly with Kyle and with Ding a few seconds out front most of the way. Legs felt meh, but hit below paces with what felt like the right effort. Honestly the 1200s were probably the worst part. Achilles felt good.
