8x800 supposed to be @ slightly lower than 5k, but I jut followed the group, w/~2:30 rest (2 laps in lane 2). Split: 2:37.8, :36.4, :36.5, :36.2, :37.1, :35.8, :36.7, :34.4 (2:36.37 average). Felt hard all the way through, but didn't get that much worse, at least not until the last 1 or 2. First real hard workout in a while, always a grind getting back into race shape. I was pretty exhausted after this. Got my shoe knocked off on the first rep as well. Estiamated .27 for all the rests.
