Sleep: 8 hours. Oh Joy long run. Started sub 7, but I felt pretty shitty and my right calf was super tight so I dropped back a little from the group. Started to feel better about 3 miles in so I picked up the pace and started reeling the group back in. Had to drop a 5:57 seventh mile, but I eventually made it to the group just before Joy, and finished the rest of the run with Pat and Luke P. No more sub 6 miles after that, but we kept the pace pretty consistently fast. Added on a lap at Palmer to get the full 16. Finished the run feeling tired, but not totally dead, would have been better if I had eaten something this morning. Glad I could muster something like this despite feeling kinda bad at first. Also ended up running over 31 miles in less than 24 hours because my first run yesterday wasn't until ~3:00.
