10x400 @ 1600m pace (1:14.175) with 60 rest (last one was slightly long). Split: 1:13.5, :18, :13.5, :11, :16.5, :13.5, :16, :14, :14.5, :15. Pacing was a little inconsistent, but averaged 1:14.623 which is slightly slower that I should have been, but not terrible. The lack of rest made this workout feel brutal, much harder than the last 10x400. I don't feel like my legs are fully recovered from the long run yet either. Last few felt like I was racing, pretty good preparation for a 3200 I think. Getting more and more comfortable at 5 minute pace.
