20xminuteonminuteoff. Did 2 laps of whalon, a little on the trail, then finished up with another lap. Took a few to get into a rhythm, but one i did this felt pretty decent. Got going pretty fast and had a better workout than I was expecting. Quite windy, which made this feel a little cold, but other that that fine. Hard to have a bad day doing this workout though.
