1600, 2x1200, 2x800, 2x400, 2x200 @5k. Supposed to be 400 rest after everything, but I did 300 rest after the last 400 and in between the 200s. Also aborted the first 200 about 150 in to shit and then still did 2 full ones so the rest before the 200s was kinda a lot. Split: 5:08.2, 3:50.7, 3:50.5, 2:33.9, 2:31.2, 1:14.4, 1:13.7, 33.7, 33.5. Great workout, Me and Ding really pulled each other through this, and Kevin up ahead is always a nice target. Not as tough as I was expecting this to be, really just nailed the paces before picking it up on the 400s and 200s. Also got faster within each set which was nice. Great confidence booster.
