3x1k @ lactate threshold w/200m jogging rest, 2x1k @ 10k pace w/300m jogging rest, 1k @ 5k pace. Split: 3:32.0, :31.3, :33.8, :25.9, :25.2, :16.2. Pretty taxing workout. LT Ks felt fine, but just didn't really have it on the faster ones. Good effort though.
