Sleep: 10 hours. Scio maple liberty mlr, tacked on a loop around campus to get 10. Kinda felt bad. Had to stop and loosen my shoes at one point cause my feet were hurting a lot. Solo after 3 or so cause the boys were running pretty fast, ended up running a decent pace myself despite being dropped. Probably should have just taken it easy today tbh. Super cold, but I was prepared and felt fine.
