20x(minute on, minute off) in Greene Valley. Did 2 loops around the prairie, to rt53 and back, then another loop. First workout back, and the legs weren't quite used to moving faster than steady state effort so it felt a little choppy, especially in the beginning. Kept it controlled and wasn't hard until I opened it up a little the last 2. Good first workout, only annoyance was I had some freezing issues :( in annoying places. 6:09 average for the whole thing including rests and 5:20 for the on sections.
