Sleep: 8.5 hours. Met up with Bob @waterfall glen. Did a loop with him, and then added on out and back and some other random stuff. Legs felt pretty good, but it was pretty snowy, definitely slowed us down a lot. Felt like I was working decently hard, but just couldn't get going very fast, especially after the first loop since their was a bunch of foot prints and it had been snowing the whole time. Good run though despite the conditions. Mileage is 9.46 for the loop, 7 for out and back to the 3.5 marker, then 1.32 on the bike path via gps. Over 100 miles in the last 7 days.
