10@ 6:44 right into 10@ 5:46 then a mile jog down. All continuous except for a short bathroom break during the first 10. Took a gel right at the beginning of the mp section. This felt pretty hard, but I was just kinda able to get through it if that makes any sense. Really solid work though and a nice confidence booster. Also first 100 mile week since pre pneumonia (sep 2019) and watched michigan beat osu after this, great day.
