2x(tempo stadium loop, 800m @ 10k pace, 400m @ 5k pace) all with 200m jogging rest and another tempo stadium loop on the end. Split: (2:39.5, 1:15.8), (2:43.1, 1:16.2). The tempos were aound 5:50ish, but the last one was faster. Had no snap and kinda had to shit, but otherwise ok.
