Sleep: 8 hours. 2ez, 4 moderate, 2lt progression run. Split: (7:18.4, 7:04.2), (6:07.5, 5:57.1, 5:51.2, 5:49.7), (5:41.3, 5:31.9). First two were downhill and I stopped to pee, but the actual workout started and stopped in the same spot and was continuous. Felt really good on this one, didn't really hurt too much until the last 2 or so. Good confidence booster. Never worked down to this fast on a progression before.
