4x1600m @ tempo with 60 second rest. Split: 6:02.5, 5:58.5, 6:00, 5:57. Did this solo and expected it to be terrible, but it wasn't really that bad. Slightly slow, but it was definitely a tempo effort. Kinda fun to do a workout after a race. $$$$$.
