Sleep: 9 hours. Solo afternoon long run. Ran to Greene Valley and did a reverse classic loop, out thunderbird road, around Whalon to DRP, down riverwalk almost to gartner, back to bailey and up home. Felt pretty shitty at first and took ~6 miles to get into any sort of comfortable rhythm. One I got into that rhythm I felt ok. Upped the pace slightly the last 6 miles and cruised home. Solid long run, but it's such easier when I got people to run with that make the first few miles before I feel good go by faster. Easy dub tomorrow.
