Nice upbeat run. Started with 10 minutes easy then kept at about mile+2 minutes pace and even a little faster towards the end. Felt ok, definitely not a hard effort but not easy either, maybe 6/10. Overall nice day, good to get some more mileage than i have been getting the past week.
