3x1000m w/300 rest then 5:21 jog, and ~3mins to go to the bathroom, 2400m tempo. Split: (3:16.5, 3:14.5, 3:15.3), (5:54.9, 3:03.9 late split). Had to modify the workout cause my stomach felt terrible and I was extremely tired, eventually just bagged it when the tempo I tried to add on wasn't happening. Frustrating to have a bad day when my achilles felt ok.
