4x800 at VO2-10 seconds (2:40) with 3 minute rest. Split 2:39, :40.5, 40.5, :40. Felt fast, but not ridiculously hard. Thought it would be more difficult than it actually was. Tried to work on maintaining form even when I got tired, which is something I usually do not do. Nose started bleeding after the 3rd one, but I wasn't trying to bitch out of the workout. Legs feeling primed for friday.
