3x(1200 @ LT, 1200 @ 10K) w/320 jog. Was shooting for 4:23, and 4:09. Split: 4:19.6, :06.0, :22.1, :08.1, :22.3, :04.6. Started with a big group that dwindled down, and did the last set solo. Workout felt fairly easy aerobically, but legs just are not used to anything even remotely fast for an extended period of time and it felt a little harder on the legs than it probably should have, might have to do with needing new shoes as well. Left ankle felt a little tender at the end from the turns so I opted not to do the 150s. Solid first track workout though and it was awesome to see the new facility.
