Sleep: 7.75 hours. Long run in Springbrook. Did the long loop with the grass paths on the way back. Started fairly fast (6:51), but it felt too hard so I decided to just make it a chill long run. Ran one slow mile (7:25) after that then the pace just naturally dropped even though I was keeping it fairly easy and smooth. Felt very good through 60 minutes. Upped the effort slightly the last 25 or so minutes, but although I dropped some 6:30's it felt way easier than doing that on a long run usually feels. Fairly windy as well today. This run was just further proof that I am very aerobically fit right now, probably could have run south of 6:40 pace if I really hammered.
