30min @5:36 (5.36 miles), 5min rest, 3x5min@T w/2:30 rest (5:27. 5:27. 5:20). Felt pretty good, tempo was nice and smooth and the T parts were nice although I defenitely pushed past threshold effort on them. Pace for the 30min might be a bit generous cause the gps swung me around the im a bit, but went pretty fast regardless. First run in the adios pro 2s as well and they felt real nice.
