5+ lap tempo. Splits of 3:50, 3:50 for the first 2 laps then forgot to hit the split button for the rest. Stayed with the group for the first 2.5 laps then dropped really hard. Really terrible workout, felt like I was racing form the start. Honestly glad I don't have splits for the last 3 laps because they would be straight up embarrassing. I think I just went a little overboard with the mileage this week and it's catching up with me. Haven't had a down week since the 4th of july and my body is in desperate need of one. With school starting next week my mileage should drop to a much more sustainable level. Terrible day today, but I know i have the fitness to run with Green.
