SOS PT. Last 1/2mi was a bit slower because I slowed down to run the end with Kasey. Little/no shin pain. Avg'd 9:00/mi for most of run. GPS battery died at start, so used mile markers for time estimates. Walk about 1mi cooldown. Back to room for 45 pu, 40 su (1 min each, crapping holding of my feet by the dresser),and stretching. Pushups irritated right shoulder.
