Practice PFT on my own. Wind was a bit of a pain, but I purposefully aimed for a 2 min lap. Splits: 1:57/1:58/1:57/1:59/1:57/1:49. Walked .25mi cooldown. Stretched at home. Then 44 pushups in one minute (45 seconds; 40 were on left knuckles, last 4 on palm) and 44 situps in one minute (not doing well there). F-15s and an AT-38 were doing pattern work during my run.
