Notes
My body was a bit stiff and sore from the physical fitness test yesterday. Today I had mild shin pain. Had certain right shoulder pain where the muscle is all knotted up. I stretched at the end, but did not do pushups or situps today. Saw a big tree split in half (by lightning from last night's thunderstorms?) on Firewood, close to Patterson.
