Great track workout on a great night with the gang from GLRR. Ran with Bethany, who pulled me along. Workout was a compound ladder 800@5kpace, 1600@10kpace, 3200@MP, 1600@10kpace, 800@5kpace, no recovery. Lost my splits on watch but pace was roughly (6:40, 6:50, 7:07, 6:51, 6:37) for a total of 35:54. Little fast, but felt good.
