Working out the last few kinks in the psoas and adductor muscles, didn't even know I had these until they started screaming at me on my last long run 2 weeks ago. Lots of rolling, stretching and strengthening seems to have tamed the angry beasts :) Let's hope they stay quit for Manchester next Sunday. Great run this morning, even felt good in the hills.
