Notes

Did my track workout early 6x1mile repeats at around 7m/m. Just in case we can't get into the Rat dome. Legs felt heavy for first two miles, but eventually loosened up. But, feeling a bit tired from these high mileage weeks. Last one then it's all down hill til race day.
