Dirt road fartleks are hard! I ran the last 1.5 miles with my step daughter Zoe. She was in the truck with Ryan and hopped out in her boots and ran with me. She is so cute! We stopped to look at an owl and had to walk one hill but this kid has some potential if she wanted to use it. It was a great way to end my workout!
