Notes

did some legs, only stuff that did not involve the calf and I kept the weight down. Did the bodyweight PT exercises. Stretched too. Pushup challenge - 5 sets of 20. First number regular pushup, second number knee pushups. 11/9, 13/7, 15/5, 14/6, 15/5 :)
