Notes

Aerobic running at 75-100 % of “in-shape” distance. Nice and easy, relaxed run to balance out high mileage.

1st time on this side of the train tracks. Nice densely wooded area, protection from wind is nice too. Another painful run, but not as bad as yesterday. Rained quite a bit, especially during cool down. Plyos, 70 Lunges and 50 squats again.
