I ran this tempo run at a consistent HR of around 160 HR per lap and with this speed, I had room in the tank at the end and my mechanics feel good and balanced running evenly. My left leg which is the one that always gets an injury dictates the pace and I slow down and kept HR for balance and HR. I am trying to get down to 25 minutes at a comfortable pace and running on the grass is helping out!.
