Boomer Route

Notes

Plan was to average around 5:40. I threw in a medium run here because I wanted to little more stimulus since I didn't have to force things yesterday and I missed my long run this past weekend.

Ran to the bottom of Saundersville, took a right on LSC for 1.3 miles and then finished the Boomer route. Started sleeting pretty heavily the first couple of minutes, but luckily that went away. Felt a little heavy at first but loosened up once I got on the rolling hills.

Downhills gave me some pounding, which let me know I need some faster running on them. Felt good on the uphills and overall, better than expected. On the Saundersville uphill, I was running pretty slowly and was 5:58 pace for .6 miles (finished at 5:37 that mile).

Overall a great run and kept it relaxed. 5:30 pace for the 11 miles (.71 warm-up and .29 cool-down)
