Notes
Goal was a relaxed workout and not kill myself. Didn't really have a goal pace and didn't do any strides or anything beforehand, just went into it. But I was hoping to run 4:50ish pace overall or something with a progressive effort.
I was surprised I was running so slowly at first but I wasn't too tired or anything. Ran much faster at the end, so maybe it was a headwind or something early on.
