Plan was a two mile warm-up then 16 miles at 5:45-5:50. I felt like crap on the warm-up and my legs felt really worn out from the get-go. Wanted to turn around after a couple miles, but made myself go down at least three miles. I started feeling better the last couple of miles, but I didn't want to further dip my head underwater, so I axed it. It's frustrating to end a workout early but it's too late in the season to constantly try and stay afloat. Maybe I'll just move my next workout a day earlier.
