Ran to the end of LSC and up-and-down Bison Way. Wanted to keep the brakes on a bit. Felt decent and never had that painful intensity that I can bring with these. I ran the last one a little bit hard but it was the last one. Felt smooth and ran 26:03 for the 4.76 miles (5:26)
