Plan was 3x7k at sub 5:20s. Legs felt dead during the strides, which turned out to be a bad omen. From the get-go, I felt way off. Aerobically, it wasn't too hard, but my legs were just dead. My hamstrings had no power and it was hard to turn over my legs. The pace felt really slow, it just felt like my legs were running through mud.

Decided to end the workout and finish the Boomer route at an easy pace. I guess after two weeks of awesome training, the stress can build up. Frustrating because that's two bad workouts in a row, which is a nose dive of what it has been like. But I guess if you aren't having the occasional bad workout, you aren't training hard enough.

Debating getting my iron tested on Monday but will see how Sunday goes first.
