Notes

Dewpoint=55 (where'd that come from) Weather started out mid 60s and worked up to lower/mid 70s by the end. GPS called this 21.88 (10.97, 10.91) but you better believe I'm going with 22.4.

Started off feeling a bit slow but loosened up after a few miles. Hills weren't bad on the first loop and I felt really good. On the second loop, the three mile hill stole my soul and I could tell I was getting a little bit worn out. Closed pretty well and felt really strong at the end. I was expecting to die in this but I felt really good. My neck was aching the last few miles, which probably means I was leaning too far forward on the hills.

Water break at 11.2 and then a little before 20. Ran on an empty stomach.

Splits= 72:18, 73:28. Normally I run negative splits on all my runs, but I guess the difficulty of the course played its effect.
