Normal warm-up and then started the run. Ended up running 23:52 for 4.2 with mile splits of 5:49, 5:43, 5:40, and 5:30. I was really happy with this run because the effort felt controlled and I didn't try and pick up the pace at all but I guess it turned into a progression. It was really muggy outside and I spent the first half trying to run around puddles and just ran through them on the second half. I was tempted to do another 2.1 miles, but since I crashed on Saturday, I decided to just play it safe. Not a bad day at all and I think I'm getting close to 16:00 shape with a ton of room to improve. 1.4 mile cool-down.
