Notes
Since it was raining in the morning, I delayed this until the afternoon. I always dread afternoon long runs because when I schedule them for the morning, I just wake up and head out the door like I'm a robot. I kept on delaying this run and eventually the rain stopped, so I was out the door.
Got rolling a little early, so I made myself back off. I felt really good on this entire run and it felt like I could have run forever. It rained the last seven miles or so but it helped out because it was pretty humid before that.
