Plan was two miles warm-up, 10x3:00 sub 5:00 pace with 1:00 rest. My legs felt really flat and tired and I could tell I would have to fight way to hard to run this workout. It's getting close to the point where I need to make sure I can hit my workout times, so I bailed on it and will try again tomorrow.
