Notes
Plan was a loosely structured semi workout. Warmed-up about 4.5 miles and then did 4 miles of 2:00 fast/slow, which gave me 12:00 of fast running. Was hoping for around 4:50 effort, but didn't look at the GPS. I ran about half of them with some climbing and got really loose by the end. Recovered pretty quickly inbetween the intervals and got what I wanted out of the workout.
