Notes

Ran a little over 8 miles with Chris, starting at 8:00 pace and working down to 7:00ish over 8 miles. Took about a five minute break, then ran 3 miles in 17:23, 2:00 rest, 3 miles in 17:00, 2 minutes rest and then 2 miles in 11:16. Chris ran several more repeats, but since my fitness is ahead of schedule, I decided to stay patient and just do a two mile cool-down. I didn't feel well on the warm-up, so I was worried I was going to have a bad session but I actually felt really good during the surges. My legs were a little tired from the pounding but it wasn't bad aerobically at all. My hip flexors also seem to be getting a lot stronger but I still need to start some low-key leg stuff. My right arch really hurt for a few seconds, then went away. Hopefully it doesn't come back.
